What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, company, work email, country, the type of warehouse you choose and your message.
- Server logs. IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page and browser type, recorded automatically when you visit.
- Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you view, whether you sent the contact form (without its contents), how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics does not store your IP address.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and this website has no user accounts, payments or advertising.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, where you ask, to prepare a proposal. This is in our legitimate interest and a step you request before any contract.
- To keep the website secure and working, using server logs. This is in our legitimate interest.
- To understand which pages are useful, using Google Analytics. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
- To send product news, only if you agree to it. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who receives it
- Acme Intralog staff in the United Arab Emirates who handle enquiries.
- Service providers that host or operate this website for us, under written contracts.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics as our processor, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if all or part of our business is sold or merged.
We do not sell personal data.
Where it is processed
Enquiries are handled by our team in the United Arab Emirates. If you accept analytics cookies, Google may process analytics data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under its own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. We keep other personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless the law requires a longer period, for example for tax or accounting. After that we delete or anonymise it. Where that is not immediately possible, such as in backups, we store it securely and keep it out of use until it can be deleted.
How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No transmission over the internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected or deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it
- receive it in a portable format
- withdraw consent you have given
- complain to your local data protection authority

Children
This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
