# Kulmen

> Kulmen is the Warehouse operating system by Acme Intralog that coordinates enterprise systems, people and automated equipment in one platform, from manual operations to fully automated sites. Formerly known as Acme Plus. Acme Intralog is headquartered in Dubai, UAE, and has worked in material handling since 1975.

Kulmen manages goods-in, inventory and goods-out, allocates work between operators and machines, and directly controls AS/RS (automated storage and retrieval systems, also written ASRS) such as four-way pallet shuttles, box shuttles and vertical lifts, conveyors, sorters, robots and PLCs. It connects to any ERP, legacy or modern, and to order management, manufacturing, e-commerce and carrier systems.
